Gurteen has always encouraged and trained students to operate the following range of equipment:
- 6 John Deer tractors (replaced on rental on a yearly basis)
- JCB loader (replaced on rental on a yearly basis)
- Keenan diet feeder (2018)
- 3 other tractors (Fiat, Ford and John Deere)
- Krohn Baler
- 3 ATV’s (two for student training, one for farm use)
- Wide range of general farm machinery for tillage, grassland management and all used for practical hands-on student training.
